Does a model actually die when Heroic Destiny triggers?
No, the model does not die. Since the model does not actually die, the events that normally occur once a hero dies do not trigger.
Can Back Swing be triggered on a Parting Blow?
Back Swing can only be triggered during the owning model's activation.
Can a model use Cleave during a charge?
Calculate attack dice pool for each attack individually and resolve each attack before moving onto the next. The active player chooses the order of attack. Models cannot use Cleave in place of their charge attack. Attacks from Cleave do not trigger Back Swing.
