Fey Mystic has no effect on Souls, whether Bound or Unbound.
Abhothas & Gonsoku
Steal Magic (2S): [Manoeuvre] Remove a Marker or Counter from a model damaged by Sabre Attack. Apply that Marker or Counter to target friendly Hero within 3 hexes of Abhothas/Gonsoku, adhering to its original application restrictions. If the Marker or Counter's rules reference a specific Hero by name, replace that name with the Hero that gains the Marker or Counter. Steal Magic has no effect on Souls, whether Bound or Unbound.
