For the nomadic Elves, the absence of cities or central civilisations might suggest that their racial bonds are fragile. In truth, their unity runs deeper than blood or borders. All Elves are bound by an innate connection to magic—it pulses through their veins, weaving an invisible thread between even the most distant or divergent kin. No matter how remote or alienated they may seem, Elves are never truly strangers to one another.
Divine Gifts
Friendly Heroes may purchase artefacts for (0 AP) at the start of their first activation of the game, regardless if they are adjacent to their Effigy or not. The Fate cost of Magical Artefacts must be paid as per the normal rules.
For this round, non-sacred Magical Artefacts equipped to enemies cannot be used; any effects from enemy non-sacred Magical Artefacts are ignored (including if Indestructible, from the Bracers of Disruption , was called the round before). Additionally, for this round, attribute bonuses from Magical Artefacts on friendly models are increased by 1.
